Shawn Boockoff’s experience as an executive leader, coach, and facilitator ignites his passion for leadership leveraging it as a competitive advantage for organizations, individuals and teams. Shawn is a recognized leader in organizational change and transformation, and leadership development.

Shawn coaches executives using his hands-on executive experience, and deep knowledge of presence, purpose and leadership that produce transformational outcomes in individuals, teams and organizations. Shawn is an International Coach Federation certified coach who works with top executives and organizations. Shawn’s clients include international social entrepreneurs, technology start-ups, government entities, and financial institutions. Shawn has held varied organizational roles as well from application developer, and technology executive to CEO.

Shawn also serves as an Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) consulting for technology companies implementing change and transformation throughout organizations and teams. Shawn is the co-founder of the Agile Coaching Exchange (ACE) Atlanta (USA) chapter and the co-founder of the Agile Coaching Exchange Online promoting a community for agile coaches to learn from each other.

Dr. Boockoff received his EdD in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University Fischler School of Education. Shawn’s dissertation centered on organizational leader relationships. Shawn received his MBA from the University of Maryland University College, and his BBA from Ohio University. Shawn was also selected as a Senior Executive Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Shawn is an Intelligent Leadership Certified Executive Coach, and a Certified Somatic Coach. In addition, Shawn is certified in many assessments. Shawn serves as a volunteer Leadership Coach for the Global Good Fund (GGF) coaching social entrepreneurs in the GGF and Diana Davis Spencer fellows programs.
