Assessments provide insight in many aspects of personal and organizational leadership and growth. I am certified and experienced in delivering many different instruments along with workshops for teams and groups. I offer individual and group assessment, debrief and workshops.

MBTI: Myers Briggs Type Indicator. This is the standard for personality assessment.
EQ-i 2.0 and EQi 360: Emotional Quotient 2.0 and Emotional Quotient 360. Emotional intelligence is the new lingua-franca of leadership and this assessment provides key take-aways to develop leadership capacity.
MLEI: Mattone Leadership Enneagram Inventory. This assessment measures “inner-core” attributes l
TKI: Thomas-Kilman Instrument. This instrument is an assessment that determines how you respond to conflict.
Element B – A FIRO (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation) based instrument. This is a good instrument for teams and deals with the three areas of Inclusion, Control and Openness.
